Booking terms & conditions
Please ensure you read the following carefully as upon booking an appointment you automatically agree to the terms & conditions listed below.
We require a deposit to secure any and all appointments.
We request a deposit of £20 per hour booked , so a two hour appointment would require a £40 deposit, 3 hours would need £60 and so on.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total to pay on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable, however if we're given at least 72 hours notice we will transfer your deposit to a new date should you need to re arrange your appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment will result in losing your deposit and you will be asked to pay in full upon making any subsequent bookings.
Arriving to your appointment more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled & the loss of your deposit
Arriving to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in your appointment being cancelled & the loss of your deposit.
we need to see valid photo ID for anyone being tattooed or pierced, failure to provide ID will result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your deposit.
