Customer Requirements

  • Please attend your appointment alone -if you bring anyone else to your appointment they will not be allowed in the studio.

  • Please wash / Sanitise your hands as soon as you come into the studio.

  • All customers are required to wear a mask / face covering that covers the nose & mouth - if you do not have a mask we can provide a disposable one for £1. Refusal to wear a mask/face covering will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment - you wont be able to wait inside the studio.

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, otherwise we will need to re-book your appointment & will require a new deposit as it would cut into the extra cleaning time we have allowed ourselves between clients.

  • Please don't bring unnecessary personal items into the studio (eg.bags ect.)

  • No food or drinks (with the exception of bottled water) are permitted in the studio.  

  • Please do not touch anything unnecessary inside the studio.

  • If travelling to your appointment via public transport please follow government guidelines & maintain social distancing. 

  • If you or anyone you have been in contact with has displayed symptoms of or tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your appointment please contact the studio to reschedule your appointment.

  •  If you or anyone you have been in contact with develop symptoms of or test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days following your appointment please contact your artist / the studio to inform them.
